To view ticket details, enter the following information as provided by your Maintenance Center.
Ticket Number
First 3 characters of the first name of primary contact on the ticket.

Invoice Inquiry/Account Management

Quick Status  
To view invoice inquiry status, enter the full invoice inquiry ticket number including any leading characters. For example, if the ticket number is INQ20001010100001, the leading INQ needs to be included. Only valid invoice inquiry ticket numbers should be entered. Invoice account numbers, telephone numbers and circuit IDs are not acceptable entries.

To view the status of an invoice inquiry ,
enter the following information.

Tracking Number

First 2 characters of the first name of primary contact on the ticket.

Wireless invoice inquiry status is currently not supported.
